The best place to rent a car in the town!! I have been renting a car every week for almost 3 months now, it's been a great experience. All the employees do a wonderful job. I'm sure everyone walks out with a smile on their face with awsm service they get here. I totally recommend this place to anyone.

Called months in advance to ask questions about renting a car. Was given advice, placed the reservation. Then the day of the rental the Eynon location refused to rent to me based on where I was going eventhough I was told that wouldn't be a problem. Got sent to enterprise Scranton who also refused to rent to me based on location eventhough I was told that wouldn't be a problem and also was rude to me because I had a significantly lower rate than what they currently were offering. Well of course I did, the reservation was done at least 6 months in advance. Spoke with their customer service representative who belittled me over the phone and accused me of not paying attention when I spoke to their representatives because I wrong the whole time and their locations were accurate. If that's the case then why was I lied to for months in advance? Almost ruined my whole trip. I will never rent from these asshats ever again after making me feel like a worthless piece of garbage and customer service who refuses to fix the situation but ridicule their customers

Super nice. Super helpful. Well maintained Vehicles . I’ve been there two times in two weeks because my personal vehicle is down. Always greeted when you enter and always out with a vehicle ready in a timely fashion.... thanks enterprise
